Wishing all our children and parents a Happy Easter holiday. Thank you for your continued support and hard work and we look forward to seeing you after the holiday, rested and raring to go!
Just for fun, see below for some extra activities.
For those pupils who participate in the above group, here is the video with lyrics to the song we have been practicing. Practice singing and learning all the words at home during the holiday (sorry parents) and we will ‘jazz it up’ when we get back next term. A reminder that there will be no choir the first week back and payment will be online (via the usual method) at some point during that week. Enjoy!
Bring the Power, Birmingham 2022’s Youth Programme, is inviting young people aged 4 to 14 to send in good luck artwork and letters to welcome athletes to the Commonwealth Games this summer. A selection of artwork and letters will be rewarded with some fantastic prizes.
Feel free to complete both if you wish. I have attached the templates below. Please return to Ms Lodge by 29th April 2022.
Our topic next half term is Under the Sea and our focus text is Surprising Sharks by Nicola Davies.
Over the holiday please work with your child to research sharks. They could create a shark poster, a fact file or even make a shark model. Please bring the work into school to share on the first day back (25th April).
Last week for home challenges. We will collect home challenge books on Friday in order to prepare them for Spring 2. Thank you for supporting your child with this learning at home this half term.
